- Develops and refines the skill sets foundational to the brand strategy discipline; data discovery, consumer research, cultural analysis, brand strategy, brief writing, development of creative work and the evaluation of its effectiveness
- Shows the ability to consistently execute in the analysis, conception and execution of projects designed to deliver insights about the brand and the target
- Serves as a source of data and analysis on brand and consumer issues
- Develops collaborative relationships within the agency and partners
- Shows initiative and tenacity in attacking assignments
- Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish
