Job Description: **
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the potential of our customer database, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy, and optimizing lead generation efforts. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining our customer database, monitoring email open rates, optimizing automated LinkedIn campaigns, seamlessly integrating data from LinkedIn to our CRM. Possible full-time job after internship,and collaborating with the AI Analyst to leverage AI technologies for data optimization. Additionally, you will provide weekly reports on lead sources and work to optimize our lead capture forms.

**Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain our customer database, ensuring data cleanliness, accuracy, and adherence to privacy acts and regulations.
• Regularly monitor and report on email open rates, analyzing data trends and suggesting improvements to increase engagement.
• Optimize automated LinkedIn campaigns, leveraging data insights to enhance targeting, messaging, and conversion rates.
• Seamlessly integrate relevant data from LinkedIn to our CRM, ensuring a smooth flow of information for sales teams to effectively close deals.
• Collaborate with our AI Analyst to identify and implement the best AI technologies to optimize our data utilization and enhance lead generation.
• Generate weekly reports on lead sources, identifying high-performing channels and proposing strategies to improve lead quality and quantity.
• Analyze and optimize lead capture forms, ensuring they are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversion.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and gaps in the customer database.

Requirements (ideal but not essential)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Ideally, some proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Understanding of CRM systems and experience with data management and integration.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, marketing automation platforms, and lead capture form optimization.
• Knowledge of privacy acts and regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets accurately.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach.

Internship Details:
• Duration: minimum 3 months
• Compensation: 5,000 bht/ monthly
• Hours: 09.00-17.00
• Start Date: anytime
• Interview in English
