Assist in selection process from pre-screening the qualified profiles, interview and hiring
Understand the working environments of Talent Acquisitions and flexibility of this role
Learn to create the status reports regularly and present to senior team
Coordinate with government departments to submit and enquiry the information for employees
Assist in compensation and benefits management
Build good relationship with employees
Practice on how to record time table and collect the leave forms from employees.
Organize the events and requested such as walk-in interview and job fairs
Record the personal information of employees in the system
Assist new staff orientation and provide a support for staff
Gain more knowledge on tax calculation and social security fund
