• Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and support registration management for marketing and internal activities.
• Assist in drafting content for social media, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
• Support the creation and design of slide presentations for both marketing initiatives and internal projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing & HR teams to execute internal communication and engagement activities (e.g., company announcements, internal events, staff engagement content).
• Assist with graphic design, decoration, or visual concept creation for campaigns, internal events, and presentations.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in handling coordination tasks.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use Canva, Photoshop, or PowerPoint design tools is a plus.
