Kokotel Thailand is an ambitions start-up in the hospitality industry Bed and Cafe Concept with Rooms for 4, an integrated concept of F&B and accommodation. We aim to deploy up to 1,000 properties between 30-110 keys in Thailand, South-East Asia and India as a game changer until 2030

Architectural Task
- Develop architectural framing designs.
- Coordination with material suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinate with construction team and related team to develop design solutions.
- Coordinate the graphic design, marketing, together with the other parties involved.
- Develop and implement Kokotel- s brand standpoint to match target and site-specific culture and conditions.
Construction Task
- Coordinate with projects, RM team.
- Assist coordinate to supplier/subcontractor requisition need to complete construction project.
- Work with construction team to enhance our visualization and modeling skills across the company- s concept.

- Learn about estimate cost for construction.
- Learn with the specialist each part operations.
- Construction progress, interior and architecture.
- Interior, Architecture and landscape for hotel and resort.
Requirements:
- Studying Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
- Ability to use either PC, CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop and illustrator.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn about the hospitality industry.
- Good interpersonal skills & Ability to interact with team.
- Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Creative and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English & Thai.
*** Internship Period : Not Less than two months but not more than six moths ***
Welfare
- Kokotel T-Shirt 1 pcs.
- Meal Allowance 1,500 THB
- Certificate after finish program
- Day off 2 days per week
- Working 8 hours + 1 hour for break
- Offisite work (Allowance 400 THB per day)
- Uniform 3 sets (for an internship at property only)
- Visa Fee (for an internship "Foreigner" only)
- Accommodation (for an internship "Foreigner" only)
