- Define and frame bussiness problems and identify new business opportunities
- Define structure and conduct user research
- Deliver flows, wireframes, prototypes and designs for existing and upcoming features
- Clearly comunicate rese
- Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to influence others by conducting team meetings, completing appraisals and evaluating performance trends both at the individual and group level
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Strong analytical/presentation skills
- Genuine passion for users and commitment to improving the user experience and creating stunning visuals
- Able to thrive under pressure, and have experience handling the most critical of customer escalations with calm and respect
- Experience as UX/UI designer with successful experience in building design workflows and processes
- Proficient in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking) and strong communication skills to convey design and product thoughts to managemen
