Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and produce social media content (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) using AI as the primary tool throughout the entire workflow
- Create engaging scripts, concepts, and storylines tailored to each platform (Storytelling)
- Develop and refine prompts to ensure high-quality, accurate, and efficient AI-generated outputs
- Utilize AI tools to generate visuals, graphics, videos, animations, and voiceovers to enhance content production
- Edit and optimize video content for both short-form and long-form formats
- Perform fact-checking and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, natural tone, and emotional engagement
- Stay up to date with social media trends and emerging AI tools to continuously improve workflow efficiency
- Analyze content performance metrics and apply insights to enhance content strategy and results
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, and various AI video tools
- Strong prompt engineering skills, with the ability to design complex prompts that deliver high-quality and targeted results
- High creativity and strong storytelling skills to create engaging and impactful content
- Solid video editing skills and understanding of platform-specific formats (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- End-to-end understanding of AI-driven content creation (Script → Visual → Voice → Video)
- Knowledge of copyright and proper usage of AI-generated media
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content accordingly
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a fast-evolving AI landscape
