Objectives, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist Marketing Manager with:
1. Assist in marketing campaigns:
• Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Help in coordinating with the different teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
2. Create marketing materials:
• Design and develop presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure all materials align with the brand guidelines and messaging.
3. Conduct market research:
• Gather and analyse data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
• Utilize the food industry media to capture trends and opportunities to leverage on new insights
4. Manage social media account:
• Assist in creating and scheduling posts for various social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
5. Administrative support:
• Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team.
• Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing.
Education & Knowledge
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic marketing concepts and strategies.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, and SEO.
