หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับลูกค้า คู่ค้า และหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกที่ใช้ภาษาจีน
- แปลเอกสาร ไทย-จีน / จีน-ไทย เช่น เอกสารทางธุรกิจ อีเมล และรายงาน
- สนับสนุนงานด้านธุรการและจัดการเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ช่วยเหลือทีมในการประชุมหรืองานที่ต้องใช้ทักษะภาษาจีน เช่น การสรุปเนื้อหาและการจดบันทึก
- สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and internal/external parties in Chinese.
- Translate documents between Thai and Chinese (e.g., business documents, emails, and reports).
- Support administrative tasks and manage related documents.
- Assist the team in meetings or tasks that require Chinese language skills, such as summarizing content and taking notes.
- Provide additional support for other assigned tasks.
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ:
- กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาภาษาจีน ธุรกิจจีน การค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียนภาษาจีนได้
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถบริหารเวลาได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Chinese Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
- A team player with a willingness to learn new things.
