หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
- สนับสนุนงานด้านบัญชีทั่วไป เช่น การบันทึกบัญชี และการตรวจสอบเอกสารทางการเงิน
- ช่วยเหลือในการจัดทำเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบสำคัญจ่าย
- ตรวจสอบและบันทึกข้อมูลรายรับ-รายจ่ายของบริษัท
- เรียนรู้และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและมาตรฐานทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากทีมบัญชี
Responsibilities:
- Support general accounting tasks such as bookkeeping and financial document verification.
- Assist in preparing accounting documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Review and record the company's income and expenses.
- Learn and comply with relevant accounting laws and standards.
- Support other tasks as assigned by the accounting team.
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ:
- กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา บัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีพื้นฐานความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ หลักการบัญชี และมาตรฐานทางบัญชีทั่วไป
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel และโปรแกรมบัญชีพื้นฐาน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีทักษะด้านการจัดการเอกสารที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and general accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong document management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and good communication skills.
- ทำงานวันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ เวลา 10:00-18:00 น.
