- Windows 10 และเวอร์ชันที่ใหม่กว่า
- อุปกรณ์มือถือที่ใช้ Apple iOS หรือ Android
- บริการเครือข่ายลูกค้า: เช่น Microsoft Active-Directory, การพิมพ์เครือข่าย
- การส่งข้อความและการทำงานร่วมกัน: Microsoft O365
- เครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต/อินทราเน็ต, VPN และ/หรือบริการเข้าถึงระยะไกล, การเดินสายเครือข่าย

- ระบบอื่นๆ ที่ Seagate ใช้: เช่น TNA (เวลาและการเข้าร่วม), สถานีคีออสก์
- ความรู้ในวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ ไอที
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาษาการเขียนโปรแกรมและคำศัพท์ทางเทคนิค
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
