We are currently working with over 1,800 small-scale farmers in the northeastern part of Thailand resulting in over US$1.85mn social benefits in year 2015.
Starting from one of the world's most healthy specialty organic rice, with the support of a fully integrated supply chain, Siam Organic builds access to consumers worldwide and develops the healthiest organic rice, Jasberry rice, coming out of Thailand. We have already exported to the US and has ambitious plans to launch in at least 5 more international markets in year 2017 and grow our farmers base to over 20,000 farmers within 3 years. บริษัท สยามออร์แกนิค จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นมาในปี 2554 ด้วยวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกรชาวนารายย่อยในภาคอีสาน ปัจจุบันสยามออร์แกนิคทำงานร่วมกับเกษตรกร 1,800 คน
แนวทางการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทสยามออร์แกนิคนั้นมุ่งเน้นในการนำเสนอสินค้าเพื่อสุขภาพที่ผ่านการวิจัยและพัฒนาที่ดีที่สุด ซึ่งเป็นสินค้าเกษตรอินทรีย์และปราศจากสารเคมี โดยเราเชื่อเสมอว่าผลตอบแทนทางธุรกิจสามารถเกิดขึ้นได้จากการพัฒนาสังคม โดยมีจุดเริ่มต้นมาจากการที่เราต้องการช่วยเหลือและพัฒนาสภาพชีวิตของเกษตรกรในประเทศไทย โดยเฉพาะเกษตรกรรายย่อยในภาคอีสาน ผู้ก่อตั้งบริษัทสยามออร์แกนิคนั้นเริ่มต้นจากการเป็นนักศึกษาจากสถาบันบัณฑิตบริหารธุรกิจศศินทร์แห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่รวมตัวกันเพื่อนำเสนอแผนธุรกิจ ‘ผลิตภัณฑ์แจสเบอร์รี่’ ที่ชนะการประกวดแผนธุรกิจระดับโลกมาหลายเวที แล้วได้สานต่อทำแผนธุรกิจให้เป็นธุรกิจจริงในวันนี้
ทั้งนี้รางวัลล่าสุดที่บริษัท สยามออร์แกนิค จำกัด ได้รับมาและเป็นความภูมิใจสูงสุด คือ สามารถคว้ารางวัลที่ 1 จากการประกวดโมเดลธุรกิจสตาร์ทอัพ ชีวาส เวนเจอร์ จากทั่วโลก รวม 30 ธุรกิจ ซึ่งจัดขึ้นที่สหรัฐอเมริกา รางวัล CHIVAS THE VENTURE GLOBAL 2017 แสดงถึงความตั้งใจในการทำงานตลอด 6 ปีที่ผ่านมา ที่พยายามช่วยเหลือและเพิ่มรายได้ให้เกษตรกรในโครงการมีรายได้เพิ่มสูงขึ้น และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นกว่าที่เป็นอยู่ในปัจุบัน

1. Bonus minimum one month a year after at least 6 months of working - Performance and attitude evaluation included in the calculation
2. Annual health checkup (Chula) including a complete blood checkup
3. Annual leave 13 working days (by labor law it’s minimum 6 days) plus 13 public holidays per year including Labor Day. For vacation leave, must notify at least 1 month in advance
4. Sick leave per actual conditions (by labor law can be more than 30 days but only gets paid 30 days maximum)
5. Medical benefits ประกันสังคม
OPD – Max 1,500 Baht per time and not exceeding 5 times/year
Dental – Max 500 Baht per time and not exceeding 3 times/year
6. Travel expense claim – work related travel expense is reimbursed monthly with receipts, other non-receipts expenses can be filled in the form to get reimbursement
7. Other expenses claim - work activity related such as treat customer.
8. Support for classes or programs that are work related (training for both professional and personal development)
9. Reimbursements for books related to work or self improvement – Kept in company library/ bookshelf, we encourage reading and self learning!
10. Super special discounts for the Company’s healthy and delicious organic/natural products!
11. Provided that the employee passes the probation period (of 90 days), the employee is entitled to a free gym membership at the Winner Sports Avenue
