Horganice, a newly convenient management system, is a facilitator for an apartment owner. The system simplifies complicated works or problems for both owners and their tenants. The owners can manage their business through our online application or website, so they can work anywhere and anytime. There’s no more filling forms or dropping the bill at every room door as monthly bills can be automatically created and sent to the tenants through the application. We make the system easy to use with clear graphic display of each floor plan in a building.

- ให้บริการ แนะนำ และแก้ไขปัญหาให้แก่ลูกค้า ทางช่องทาง Online และทางโทรศัพท์ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าพึงพอใจ และได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุด
2.ควบคุมดูแลการสรุปรวบรวมปัญหา จากช่องทางต่างๆ นำเสนอผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไข รวมทั้งดูแลการติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
3.ประสานงานกับทุกแผนกและทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหา และร่วมกำหนดวิธีปฏิบัติงานเพื่อการบริการลูกค้าที่เป็นเลิศ - สื่อสารข้อมูลและทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแผนการทำงานของลูกค้าแต่ละโครงการ พร้อมหา Solutions ที่ตอบโจทย์การใช้งาน
5.Onboard ให้บริการขึ้นข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบเทรนนิ่ง/สอนการใช้งาน Product ของทางบริษัททั้งออนไลน์ และออนไซต์
6.จัดทำเอกสารคู่มือ สำหรับลูกค้าแต่ละโครงการ และอัพเดทคู่มือตามฟังก์ชันการใช้งานที่ขึ้นมาใหม่
7.Retarget, สอบถามความพึงพอใจ และนำปัญหาที่พบ นำมาปรับปรุงพัฒนาและแก้ไข
1.มีใจรักงานด้านบริการ ใจเย็น ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
2.มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารเป็นอย่างดี
3.มีความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ และควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ดี
4. มีปฏิภาณไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
5. สามารถรับผิดชอบงานได้ด้วยตนเอง
6.วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาใดก็ได้
7.เพศหญิง อายุ 22- 30 ปี
8. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในการให้บริการลูกค้า
