Ensuring booking is system is maintained and kept fully up-to-date Respond to phone calls telephone calls, emails and booking enquiries in timely manner. Providing a full reception service to guests, including walk-up requesting for accommodation, check-in, guest registration, check out, and handling customer enquiries. Respond appropriately to customer feedback, escalating any issues in an appropriately time manner.
Mid-level and understanding level of Hospitality. Ability to work and communicate as a team Work well under pressure A will to learn more. Good written and must speaks (English Intermediate Level) Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint.
A good experience and can be discuss during interview.
