About us:
At TBS Marketing, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence in technology and service. We currently have an opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team on an internship basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance of our computer systems and hardware, enabling our staff to excel in their respective roles.
Role Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving computer hardware, software (Windows, MS Outlook, etc.), and peripherals.
• Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of computer systems and applications.
• Provide hands-on hardware support, including assembly and repair.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and documentation of all IT equipment.
• Offer technical guidance and support to users with varying levels of IT knowledge.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
Internship Requirement:
• Proven experience in IT support, particularly in fixing computers, hardware issues, and software installations.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook), and common desktop applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a can-do attitude.
Desirable but not necessary:
• Experience/ Understanding and interest of Digital Marketing
