- Gathering and performing requirements analysis with senior or leader.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects (follow senior/team).

- Documentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organization, prioritization and time management skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies. (Ready to learn)
- Additional analytical/database software/language a plus (e.g., MS Access, SQL, ACL).
