Junior HCM Functional Consultants (Junior Business Analyst)

• Lead functional expertise to the HCM project in one or more of the following module roles:
Core HR, Time and Labor, Global Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits
Administration, Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG),
Performance/Learning Management, or Succession Planning
• Responsible to conduct Business Requirement/Fit Gap Study and design solutions for
implementation, upgrade, enhancement purpose and blueprint Workshop
• Ensure client requirements can be addressed and delivered according to agreed solutions
• Determine the technical/functional/configuration changes are required as a result of functional
requirement analysis, enhancements or fixes to the HCM applications.
• Configured system to meet client’s requirement and statutory requirement for country
• Ensure that functional requirements are delivered to with quality and compliant to client
contract
• Develop test plan, test scripts and review the testing result to ensure the system development
is in accordance to the documented client requirements
• Conduct training to client’s user team as part of transition
• Consultant will work with the Functional/Development teams or independently to analyse
client requirements, customized processes, reports and interfaces.
• Consultant will be required to develop the solutions using HCM delivered tools or other .NET
applications.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information
Technology or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication
skills and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate English in basic-Intermediate level
